I am honored to work now as a Sales Manager and Motivated Team Leader in VoxData, one of my duties is managing a team of 25 customer service agents. I can create a dynamic working environment, with an emphasis, on collaboration, mutual support, fun, and a great team spirit. I establish appropriate objectives that guarantee the satisfaction of management, team, and clients. Also, I proactively observe and report call trends in a timely manner in order to avoid incidents and better serve clients. I study, plan and improve existing standard operations.
