Al Sowwah Square Project formerly known as Abu Dhabi Financial Centre is located at the heart of Al Sowwah Island in Abu Dhabi. It consist of four Towers having a common Podium and Retail area, One Stock Exchange Building and two car parks (South Car park and North car park) . Towers 1 & 2 have 31 storeys each and are located on the west side (sea side) of the project while Towers 3 & 4 has 37 storeys each and they are on the east side of the project. The centre of the project is the Stock Exchange.

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities: • Compiles the Project Quality Plan for the project and interfaces with the consultant to obtain approval.
• Ensures that all measures and testing equipments used at site are compatible for use and calibrated by professional bodies'.
• Ensures material specifications and construction works are in compliance with quality standards and contract specifications.
• Issues internal Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) as necessary and ensures follow-up for closing after rectification prior to release RIA to consultant for inspection.
• Recommends and implements appropriate procedures to implement quality standards.
• Inspection of work against check list prior to issue RIA for consultant inspection.
• Conduct joint inspection with consultant for approval of RIA/MIR.

Duties and responsibilities: • Monitored mechanical activities and ensured that standards, project quality plan and safety are met during the whole process and report non compliance to QA/QC manager.
• Conducted routine inspection of ongoing civil activities for preparation of Mechanical Work Inspection request attachment to civil clearance prior to casting of concrete.
• Prepared and submitted Work Inspection Request according to approved ITP's, Method of Statement and necessary Check List.
• Carried out day to day inspection of HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting installations including delivered material in liaise to consultant and sub contractors.
