- Responsible for managing the IT Projects of the company including implementing financial solutions through the departments, establishing new branches for the company in addition to establishing new centers in different locations.
- Responsible for managing a team of 3 developers and Network Admin.
- Responsible for building the whole setup and infrastructure for the company.
- Responsible for implementing EFT-Switch software system to manage the communications between 1, 000 ATM, POS machines and central bank switch.
- Responsible for formulating IT policies and procedures to manage the IT team and vendors teams.
- Responsible for managing the IT inventory.
- Responsible for supporting the daily basis none-stop operations on 24*7.
- Responsible for supporting the other company’s departments teams technically to help them achieve their goals.

Achievements:
