Utilization of new technologies and functionalities for a sustainable increase in value contribution. Ensuring the optimization and documentation of new & existing business processes in the digital data bases and systems.
- Defining, implementing and ensuring preventative and responsive complaints and deviation management.
- Specifying OEDM targets. Directing, implementing and monitoring OEDM.
- Further developing the plant on the basis of the Group supply chain strategy.
- Breaking down plant objectives into objectives for individual divisions. Monitoring compliance with specifications and initiating measures where deviations are found.
- Being responsible for all external issues of the plant and matters concerning authorities.
- Planning and managing long-term investment projects.

- Ensuring the highest possible, sustainable quality standard in the plant and at the site.

- Ensuring the best personnel management of employees who are indirectly subordinate within the line management structure and technically subordinate in the Group organization.

- Act as the contact person for authorities and auditors and assisting with customer visits.
Team leader Quality and Food Safety Management reporting directly to our Manager Quality & Food Safety Plant. My role include the following:
* Ensure an optimal quality system and define and supervise quality standards in coordination with the executive manager and Group Quality.
* Develop and ensure the implementation of standards, Key Performance Indicators and parameters for the production process.
* Ensure the registration and review of quality processes in relation to existing optimization and standardization potentials in the plant.
* Analyze the results and ensure the implementation of optimizing measures in coordination with the executive manager and in collaboration with Group Quality.
* Ensure and carry out customer audits in the plant and ensure the implementation of the derived measures for quality improvement.
* Decide on the approval or further usage of materials and production batches that deviates from the target state, if necessary, in coordination with the executive manager.
* Ensure the correct processing of customer complaints in close coordination with the respective plant manager.
* Ensure and implement the internal and legal parameters and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and job safety and environmental protection.
* Held Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
* Participate in the planning of staff-related, issue-related and financial resources for the responsibility area on the basis of information from subordinate areas.
* Ensure compliance with budgets as approved by the executive board as well as initiate appropriate measures in case of imminent and assessed divergences.
