*Role & Responsibility;

-Prepare baseline programs for different Projects with resources & cost loading based on contract conditions.
-Prepare Key milestones program of project on Tender Stage.
-Establishes milestones for the total project or major portions of the project, Reviews project work activities to ensure support of project milestones, Coordinates the timely, systematic, and complete acquisition of scope definition and related data.
-Prepare Revised & Recovery Program and Minimized Programs for Claims.
-Prepare Cash-Flow & Progress Curves, Manpower
Histograms and KPIs.
-Prepare Weekly & Monthly updated Progress Reports with different Layouts.
-Establishes & develop various types of reports, KPIs &dash Boards to reflect the status of projects with visual aids.
-Prepare delay analysis, obstruction reports & other Weekly Updates and Reports using MS Excel, Word & Power BI as per Consultant/Client's requirements.
-Prepare Look-ahead Programs and controlling the project Progress Analyze and evaluate schedule risks and advise mitigation actions to meet the schedule deliverables in case of delays.
-Attend internal site progress meeting and highlighting outstanding issues.
-Prepare Claim for Extension of time using different methods and assisting Project Manager regarding issuance of Claim.
-Attend meetings with Consultant/Client regarding the site progress & changes in the project.
-Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, Quality & Construction Teams regarding outstanding issues and for necessary action.
-Monitor the status of projects costs using Earned value techniques.
-Estimate for Change order requests including Budget & Cash-flow based on productivity rates and project requirements.

Planning Engineer at Pan Gulf Plastics

-Monitoring day to day work progress and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

-Collecting, analyzing and merging forecasts from Production, marketing & sales departments.

-Manage issues & follow up on the Production Plans to meet the volume targets and to achieve low cost, on-time deliveries as per quality standards.

-Manage material requirements planning - MRP techniques.

-Mange finished goods stock boundary levels using daily follow up techniques and by adjusting the supply plans to assure keeping the available stock within the required levels.
