 Launching innovative Assets and Liabilities products bundled with Bancassurance plans which lead the bank to attain the market leadership position by gaining significant market share.
 Designing, formulation and implementation of business, sales and distribution strategies for both liabilities and asset business with ultimate focus on increasing the top line without losing sight of the bottom line.
 Launching cutting-edge Bancassurance & Investment products with leading insurance companies in the Region.
 Managing the marketing budget to ensure strategic and business needs of the Bank is met at the optimal cost and with consistent high quality of output.
 Identification of new customer value propositions, its conversion into products to support growth in consumer banking revenues.

 Established the ‘Bancassurance Division’ at NBO.
 Launched 3 low cost deposit products in 2009/10 and the bank has achieved an undisputed market leadership position by registering 64% growth in deposits.
