As a media planner my role requires preparation and implementation in the following way
Preparation:
•Coordinating with the client and the account team to understand the business objectives and advertising strategy;
•liaising with the creative agency team
•working / initiating CPM, CPC, CPV, CPE, CPI, CPCV, True view, Display, Mobile ad units driven campaigns
•making decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns;
•undertaking research and analysing data using specialist industry resources;
•identifying target audiences and analysing their characteristics, behavior and media habits;
•presenting proposals, including cost schedules, to clients.
Implementation:
•recommending the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations;
•working with colleagues, other departments and media buyers either in-house or in a specialist agency;
•making and maintaining good contacts with media owners, such as newspapers, magazines and websites;
•managing client relationships to build respect and trust in your judgement;
•proofreading advertisement content before release;
•maintaining detailed records;
•evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns.
Managing the digital marketing for Rose - Luxury. This includes Websites - Email marketing - Campaign planning and execution - Micro Blogging Sites - Traditional Marketing & Promotion Strategies. Also assisting in PR, Client Servicing and other marketing strategies for the Luxury business. Moreover, generating plans to increase interaction with prospects client through different offline and online marketing tools.
Working on the various digital properties of companies, client servicing which includes requirement gathering, project analysis and tracking and making brand presentation. Also strategizing their online and on ground communication plan through various engagement activities and campaigns. Using micro blogging sites, including LinkedIn (Groups & Discussion Forums) to the fullest to captivate maximum interaction and convert it into goodwill for the respective brands. Using various SEO tools to measure the effectiveness of the campaign, submitting monthly reports to the client, which includes a 360 review of the practice and also suggestions/steps to move forward.
Worked on the marketing and promotional activity part for various movies under the banner. This included Interviewing celebrities, conducting Google+ hangouts with celebs, developing ideas for on ground and on line promotional activity,
