I am currently working as IT/Telecom Support Engineer in Evamps & Saanga on Jazz project, thus for I have following responsibilities.
• Administration of 2 Way SMS Gateway Services (SMSC integration to the Application)
• Proving second level support for self-service portal (E-care) within the SLA agreed
• Also providing support to business-clients and escalate issues internally to higher-level support.
• 24/7 pro-actively monitoring & managing Database and Application Servers and backups.
• Trouble-shooting of issues related with IT platforms or networks and providing support in hardware upgrade and installation of software components.
Worked as a 2G/3G/4G Drive Test Engineer in ZTE (NPM Zong Project) in Radio Frequency Optimization. Performed Drive Test of Bad Patches after Pre Drive test and analysed that log files and gave suggestions on Bad Patches and Implement that suggestions before Post Drive. Also identify the RF problems like RSRP, SINR, DL Throughput Mbps etc (4G) RSCP, Ecno, CQI and DSCH Throughput etc (3G) and RxLevel, RxQual, SQI and EDGE (2G) etc. Then optimised and change the RF parameters for better coverage. Solve the customer complaints and make all the reports according to requirement etc.
