DUTIES (With Direct Report to GM Real Estate & FM)
•Monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial reporting in compliance with IFRS
•Year-end Budget preparation and performance comparison of actuals with budgets
•Monitor and control collections and project costs
•Provide input to the Management regarding investment relating decisions
•Formulation & implementation of all financial and operational internal control
•Coordination with property managers to ensure all tenants related issues are resolved
•Managing Cash Flow of company and liaising with banks for optimization of cash flow
•Finalization of books of accounts and analysis of Trial Balance with Financial Ratios
•Vat Finalization and submission to FTA
DUTIES (With Direct Report to Group CEO)
•Monthly/ quarterly/ annual profit & loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis
•Year-end Budget preparation, liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting
•Full pricing responsibility and oversight
•Analysis of costs, pricing, expenses, sales results and performance against business plans
•Active member of strategy team, participating in formulating long term business strategies
•AR Monitoring / ageing analysis / dunning / DSO review
•Liaising with Bankers, Lawyers for efficient Banking facilities and legal cases against the company
•Ensure FTA rules are being implemented/reviewing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
