• Deploying and managing WAN infrastructure (VPN tunneling). Using Cisco and Linux based technologies.
• Managing and supervising software development department for web based application (CRM) development.

• Administering and maintaining office network infrastructure, IT equipment, servers and devices.
• Deploying and Maintaining Active Directory based Lab / Virtual Lab (using Hyper-V / System Center Virtual Machine Manager) environments for Developers and/or Testers (QA Engineers) which contained diverse range of (either recognized or custom made. Windows/Linux based) software used in industry.
• Managing and Administering LAN / WAN environment (MS AD 2012, 2008, 2003 and Cisco products) and Local and overseas IT infrastructures.
• Administering VPNs, remote access solutions, MS AD services, Web Servers, MS CA (Certification Authority Services, Visual Basic servers, CMS systems, CRM systems, email Systems, Exchange 2003/2007 forest integrated with MS BPOS online, Office Live meeting, Firewall either MS ISA/TMG, Cisco or linux based firewalls like pfSense, SmoothWall etc.

Administering and maintaining office network, IT equipment, servers and devices as well as other IT services and technologies i.e., emailing system (CapSoft Email Server) and hosted email services (Zoho mail), Microsoft Active Directory 2003 environment, Microsoft ISA server and Office products.
