 Duties AND Responsibilities
 Operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, training, and special projects; plans, designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems.
 Assists in providing network and remote connectivity hardware/software support, maintains LAN user documentation including hardware/software applications, support logs and other related information researches and recommends network and server hardware and software.
 Assists in installing, designing, configuring, and maintaining system hardware and software; analyzes and troubleshoots the network logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems.


Active Directory servers, software, and services
 Establish and manage DHCP/DNS configurations.
 Updating and monitoring user accounts. Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment.
 Working on Active Directory accounts, configuration
 Manage Group Policy development and deployment.


Others
 Providing first level technical support to customers.
 Good knowledge on Hyper-v.
 Ability to convey technical solution in a clear and concise manner.
 Installing and configuring computer hardware system sand IT software.
 Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via phone, e-mail& face to face contact.

 Installation and troubleshooting of latest network technology including routers, switches and wireless networking equipment.
 Supporting a multi-site IT infrastructure of at least 2000 employees. Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported faults.
