As Manager of Budgeting & Resource Allocation, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end budget process for the four hospitals and corporate areas within EMHS.
 Developing, maintaining, and enhancing specific business rules and business tools associated with budget methodologies and principles.
 Steering committees, forums and meetings on budget planning and processes, and liaising with other groups in relation to Activity Based Funding requirementsParticipating and managing EMHS budget roll-over process.
