Oversee all activities at Flow yard, warehouse & workshop facility.
Ensuring all rental equipment’s are available in good condition for smooth flow of operations by developing
routine service/preventive maintenance schedule of both power and cooling equipment’s.
Prioritize multiple tasks to ensure efficient operations for equipment deployment by communicating with
Operations Managers.
Inspect work in progress to ensure its completion within allotted time & for acceptable quality and safety
standards
Supervised assigned employees, liaising with Operations Manager to ensure the safe & efficient servicing of
all equipment in line with company policy and documents.
Report stock availability, allocation & resource plans to Operations Managers.
Initiates measures to improve methods, equipment performance & quality of work.
Create and implement work procedures that will enhance the organization service, delivery, operating
procedures & standards.
Providing training and coaching to team members for effective participation on emerging technical issues
Create an environment among team members oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and
cohesive team effort recognizing the encouraging risk-taking, and constant improvement in performance
with positive support.
Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process,
design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
Working with functional managers to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements
Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other
documentation.
Coordinates meetings with the project manager and functional management to discuss project impediments,
needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task.
Engage with the operations management to ensure that for all field projects, area HSE strategy is implemented. Planning, coordinating & implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines & procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points & preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, & verification procedures, monitoring inventories.
Pre-job planning & client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
Reviewing the MOS & preparing Risk Assessment based on site conditions & customer requirements.
Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications & quality attributes, documenting evidence, determining operational & performance qualification & updating quality assurance procedures.
Maintains/improves product quality by completing product compliance & surveillance audits, investigating customer complaints, collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, manufacturing & training methods.
Prepares quality documentation & reports by collecting, analyzing & summarizing information & trends including failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, re-validations.
Coordinate HSE training of site personnel in consultation with the Area head of operations.
Investigate & complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports.
Ensure all HSE procedures are adhered and promote safe working practices in accordance with standards.
Conduct HSE trainings & orientation to all new employees.
Ensure that the company & all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies, safety standards & Environmental regulations.
Ensure all HSE audits are conducted, actions followed-up & closed out in a timely manner in accordance with the company policies & procedures.
Conduct & ensure comprehensive accident/incident investigations are carried out.
Responsible for executing, planning, servicing, repairing & overhauling of various capacity of Genset.
Keeping complete track record of Genset Maintenance history.
Handling Transportation/Logistics Department for efficient delivery for Genset and commissioning and keeping site information log.
Handling Rental Department in allocating Genset as per client’s requirement & site visit for Genset placement for optimum performance.
Preparing daily reports for operations staff and employees performance.
Allocating duties to staff as per work order requirement.
Preparing Over Time for Operations Staff.
Installs troubleshoot electrical/electronic equipment, such as controller, synchronizing panels, Automatic Transfer Switch, Manual Transfer Switch in field installations, Consults with customer for plan layout of equipment, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.
Installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools. Instructs and directs workers in servicing and repairing equipment. Consults with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance. Supervise workers in testing, and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance.
Sales Engineer / Power Tender Works
Tender Specifications preparation & submission of Compliance Statement related to Genset specification.
Preparing Bill Of Quantities.
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
Searching for new clients in designated regions.
Analyzing costs and sales.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Persuading clients about the services to best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Preparing reports for General Manager.
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating to client about Gensets to meets their power solutions.
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Helping in the modification to provide custom-made power solution.
Providing necessary training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

Quality Assurance Department:
Cold Start test of Gensets.
Calibrating basic Genset features (Governor / AVR) and making necessary adjustment if required.
Load Bank Testing using Resistive Load Bank (RLB).
Making sure for the optimum performance of Gensets.
Outdoor Installation/ Trouble shooting:
Gensets Installation including multiple Gensets for synchronizing.
ATS/MTS Installation.
Synchronizing Panel Installation.
After Sales / Maintenance
Keeping track record of local sales.
Visiting sites for necessary adjustments.
Guiding the customer about sites problem.
Performing the regular maintenance for efficient performing durability and reliability.
Providing customer supporting details and documents.
