Preparation of Execution level-3 & level-4 plans on Primavera Project Planner, Jobs method statements, Equipment deployment, Indirect and direct manpower deployments.
Prepares weekly ‘look ahead’ to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.
Progress monitoring of bar chart jobs.
Reviews the existing material and equipment schedules and obtains updated delivery information from the relevant departments
Prepares man-hour criteria for all activities i.e. histogram
Marks-up drawings weekly to assess progress to man-hours
Attend progress meetings and reports on the current situation and notes all changes in the forward plans and any restrictions on progress
Records the works additional to the original requirements and all variations and revisions which must be incorporated in the site plan and informs the appropriate staff and subcontractors of any changes to their workload and any alterations to the targets previously set
Monitor progress of project to ensure that the project is progressing as planned and the targets would be met and raise flags if the targets are likely to slip. Development of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress monitoring systems & reports preparation with highlighting the project bottle necks & hurdles.
Meeting with client to discuss weekly progress and project hindrances etc.
Monthly Project Invoicing, extra/additional work claim preparation and Invoicing.
Provide assistance in verification of original and extra works to client.
Sub-contractors Invoices site verifications
Provide assistance to Project Support Group (PSG) as and when required
Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, Project milestones, Estimating budget quantities, costs, durations and resources.
Generation of daily work front for execution team.
Cost control by optimization of Resources utilization.
Complete knowledge of Isometrics, P & ID’s and piping specs.
Discuss area issues with managements and Client which are main bottleneck.
Lead the team by utilizing provided resources to achieve the target as client requirement.
Monitoring Site progress for each contract and each area and includes them produce progress & efficiency reports for management review.
During Project Award, preparation of revised estimates, based on agreed list of assumptions / qualifications and considering more refined scope of work and updated cost inputs.
Developing detailed cost estimates, providing multi discipline project concepts with distinctive cost estimating procedure, beneficial for capital raising projects for the company
