Cost Control Engineer

I am work within the cost control team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and makes sure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. and work with various members of the project team and the client to develop a time line, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.
I utilize spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and other information. also including invoices. also responsible for attending meetings and developing project strategies.
I study and analyze purchase orders for all projects and match them with the project's cost limits .
Also i am working on checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes. preparation of Service agreements.
* Monitor, control and report on projects in terms of cost history and forecast
* Maintain planned and actual cost and commitment schedules.
* Maintains internal labor and project costs to allocated budget.
Creates Budget Transfer Requests as directed by the project teams

The project aims to establish a factory for explosives, bombs, warehouses and service buildings on an area of 640000 m2 and 39 buildings with established at a cost of approximately 220 million Saudi Riyals I work as a site engineer responsible for two parts of it, namely infrastructure, such as desalinated
water lines, fire lines, and support lines for factories. Which part of it is underground and the other is on a pipe rack .
The second part is the structural work with study and implementation of 11 buildings in the factories area which are whole buildings of pre-cast type. Where I study the tender drawings with the approved drawings and review the tables of quantities and find proposals to reduce the cost in quantity and the ways of implementation and submit them to the project manager then I implement

The Project Aims to Deliver 4 parcels consist of Basements, Retail Areas, Offices Floors and Residential Floors
along with a Landscape Area.
Each Parcel occupy an approximate area of 3500 m2 with a total approximate cost of 550 million Saudi Riyals.
I work as a site engineer responsible for Residential floors with a full responsibility to deliver each floor as a
final product to the client, where i prepare a work inspection request, material inspection request, RAMS for
each Finishing Activity, Along with studying shop drawings, design drawings, project specifications, documents
and BOQ.

I worked as a civil engineer at the main station for the accommodation and maintenance of the Riyadh metro buses was established at a cost of approximately 240 million Saudi Riyals, which includes 5 residential buildings with 1500 m2 per building and 4 floors
administration building with 3000 m2 and 3 floors, Maintenance Building with 6000 m2, mosque and many service buildings and underground tanks, which number approximately 20 buildings on an area of 145000 square meters,
I was responsible for tow from the most important activities in the project, Infrastructure of that project which containing the sewage network ( UPVC 400 mm ), domestic - flush lines ( UPVC 160 mm ) fire network ( HDPE 200 mm ), irrigation network ( UPVC 110 mm ), and storm lines and Drainage water ( RC to 900 mm) .
and supply for the bus wash building and Bus Maintenance Building.
The second building I was responsible for was the bus maintenance building. Which contains many electromechanical systems and civil and architectural activities, which was established at a cost of approximately 30 million Saudi Riyals .

with the project services ( RC pipes dim to 1200 - GRP pipes dim 600 mm - Ductile pipes dim to 400 mm
- VCP pipes dim to 250 mm - PVC pipes dim 400 mm - HDPE pipes dim to 200 mm ) .
The project aims to extend the drainage and domestic and firefighting and irrigation pipes and re-pave the road again which was established at a cost of approximately 45 million Saudi Riyals .
