•Savings of 4.3 Mn€ generated via loadability improvement and route optimization.
•5.5 Mn€ Inventory reduction via SLOB liquidation and Inter BU stock transfers.

2015:
•Won NAME Cost & Cash program award in Q2-2015 for generating savings, received by EVP NAMETRUB.
•Generated 2 Mn€ savings via SLOB liquidation.
