•Establish ISAs (Inter-company sourcing agreement) standardization and ensure ISA completion for key sites across the region.
•Leading Unilever’s Global SLOB liquidation governance process to help countries to liquidate their excess / slow moving stocks.

•Won NAME Cost & Cash program award in Q1 & Q4 2016 for generating savings, received by EVP NAMETRUB.
•Savings of 4.3 Mn€ generated via loadability improvement and route optimization.
•5.5 Mn€ Inventory reduction via SLOB liquidation and Inter BU stock transfers.

2015:
•Won NAME Cost & Cash program award in Q2-2015 for generating savings, received by EVP NAMETRUB.
•Generated 2 Mn€ savings via SLOB liquidation.

•Manage 24-month forward rolling demand and supply balance, ensuring OTIF stock availability in line with Category strategy and supply network
•Review Rough Cut Capacity Planning (Rolling 24-months) for 35 sourcing units via the RCDSR (Regional Category Demand Supply Reconciliation) process.
•Establish liaisons with Category Group Supply Chain teams to ensure Capacity is available to deliver innovation OTIF.
•Highlight SC related risks to Innovation OTIF for Major Innovations.
•Provide 24-month rolling capacity updates (Highlighting new constraints and changes to Capacity forecast) and forward view of constraint resolution, risks, and concerns to ensure capacity is available to meet forecast.

•Ensuring timely deliveries of all RM / PM on time for production.
•Weekly preparation and communication of manufacturing requirements in such a manner to ensure 93% service level.

I have spent two months in their Auxiliary (Textile Chemicals) Plant as Trainee Engineer. I was responsible for the maintenance of the plant and also working on their 5s implementation program.
