• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product
• Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices
• Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively
• Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers
• Contract management and negotiation
• Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business
• Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements
• Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on P&ID, portfolio analyses and supplier referencing study

• Establish and implement testing and inspection procedures
• Schedule, Conduct, and present reports of required inspections
• Apply knowledge of mechanical engineering skills in evaluations
• Performing visual inspection, dimension check and identification of materials
• Identify and Eliminate surface defects.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality issues
• Experience working with ISO

•Prearing submittals as per consultants requirement
•Prepare schedule of material purchase and Delivery to site
•HVAC load calculation, Duct sizing, Fan selection
