Currently, i am working in Recruitment Department of National Bank of Pakistan and processing all matters regarding (internal & external) hiring, joining and completion of pre-employment and post-employment formalities of new inductees.
At NBP, I have worked in various sub-departments of HR Management like in: Recruitment & Placement Wing, Promotion Wing, Organizational Development & Training Wing, Industrial Relations Wing and Personnel Administration Wing performing various tasks as a HR generalist. I have also worked as "Orientation Officer".
I was responsible for all the HR, Administration and Establishment related matters of the North-Zone, NICL.

I stood 3rd among my batch in MBA and was awarded with a Bronze Medal. I did Internship in AEPAM, Ministry of Education, Pakistan under their project of "Good Governance and Effective Management".
