maintenance materials required for continuous steel plant operations and equipment reliability.
Operational Continuity & Zero-Downtime Support: Ensure uninterrupted availability of all critical and
non-critical materials to support continuous steel production, proactively preventing breakdowns,
production delays, and operational stoppages through effective planning and supplier coordination.
Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development & Contract Management: Identify and develop reliable
suppliers, conduct competitive sourcing and negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure cost
efficiency, quality compliance, and long-term supply stability for plant operations.
