For seven years was responsible for procurement and logistics of the rig and office. Establishing contracts with suppliers, negotiating agreements, communicating with HQ, dealing with local marine authorities. Have negotiated agreements with main suppliers which were reflected in significant discounts. Was involved in Exxon Mobil, Lukoil, Wintershall, Petronas, Maersk Oil, CCNG, Total projects.
During the above-mentioned period I was responsible for daily purchasing (local and international), preparation of tender packages for big volume sub-contracting works, handling of rental, freight-forwarding agreements, office purchases.
was responsible for set-up and smooth operations of accounts dept (accounts payable, fixed assets and inventory management, stock control, tax compliance, closing of monthly reports, preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L statement, cost control and analysis)
