I had started my journey with ALBAIK as a People Development Coach in July 2017 and got promoted to the Managerial level within two years. I was selected to lead the company's first International project in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We successfully inaugurated three branches within a span of six months

• 11/2016 - 05/2017 Our main tasks included: Reservations, check-ins, boarding, RAMP skipper, aircraft holds, BMA & BBA, announcements, departure reports, passenger service reports, wing walking, load distributions, load instruction reports, fuel chits and load & trim sheets, passenger & cargo manifests.
I was assigned the task of observe & learn the working patterns of the company which included data updation on the system, file of each customer etc.
I was assigned the task of creating more & more awareness about the institute amongst the public, attract the target population & enhance the marketing strategies being carried out. Door to door marketing, advertising pamphlets etc were the tools used to facilitate advertising of the institute. My work was highly appreciated & later on I was made the head of other marketing executives & interns.
