Achievements/Tasks Identify growth opportunities within key partners and develop strategic plans to maximize revenue and drive business growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for key accounts. Managing all hardware related cases & payment adjustments for partners in a timely manner. Responsible for A-Z quality checks in our process before launching partners on the platform. Supervise technical teams and scheduling their work on a day-to-day basis. Generate various reports to better understand our performance levels.
