Landscape Works for the area under responsibility.
Lead 2 engineers and 4 foremen at the site.
Lead the Surveyor of setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
Enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective
equipment is worn as and where required by the staff.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per
specification.
Set out detailed works as per the contract drawings,
ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis.
Liaising with any consultant, subcontractors, supervisors,
planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce
involved in the project.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site in
order to meet agreed deadlines.
Attend coordination meetings organized by Project
Manager or consultant.
Attend Safety meetings organized by KOC.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising
and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any
subcontractors.
Performing daily check lists and Inspection Reports.
Make steel rebar’s shop drawings of concrete activities as
KOC standards.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other
problems that may arise.
Preparing reports as required in KOC.
Handing over the civil and architectural works to the
consultant.
Managing the Snag List items from the consultant prior
for closing the project.
Scope of work :-
-Gas Turbine Generator Buildings.
-Transformers.
-Operation & Control Building.
-AHU Buildings.
-Gas Oil Tank.
-Infrastructure Works for the area under responsibility.
-Landscape Works for the area under responsibility.
Responsibilities :-
-Estimating all works required as specifications for project intended to be set.
-Supervise the team work to finish the work as specification within the time schedule.
-Performing daily/weekly reports & submit it to the Follow up with technical office for the shop drawings & them approvals from the consultant.
-Performing the quantity surveying for all the materials that needs.
-Inspecting all materials brought to the site via Material Inspection Requests.
-Performing daily check lists and Inspection Reports.
-Coordinate with the other departments for the needs of work.
-Preparation payments for the sub-contractors and writing comments if any.
-Handing over the civil and architectural works to MEW consultant.
Scope of work :-
-Auxiliary building.
-Store Building.
-Open Store Building.
-Service Water Tanks.
-Pipe/Cable RC Trenches in the area under responsibility.
-Infrastructure Works for the area under responsibility.
-Landscape Works for the area under responsibility.
Responsibilities :-
