• Managing infrastructure maintenance and O&M contractors for the
Haramain High-Speed Railway (HHR) and AlMashaaer
AlMugaddasah Metro (MMMP), including performance reviews and
KPI evaluation.
• Participating in RAMS studies to improve maintenance procedures.
• Supervising MMMP stations during Hajj season, liaising with
government entities to ensure smooth operations and passenger
safety.
• Participating in issuing special maintenance plans for Hajj and
Ramadan seasons to ensure adequate staff, spare parts, and
infrastructure readiness for increased operational demands.

• Performing site inspections for maintenance activities for Signalling
and Telecommunication systems. Including ETCS L2, interlocking,

Management Information System (PMIS), directed by the Ministry

areas, and reviewed design and shop drawings for compliance

Job Description:
- Perform work inspection requests on all electrical systems .
- Perform material inspection requests on all electrical equipment.
- Perform tests on all electrical systems.
- Review design and shop drawing to make sure they comply with approved standards.
- Issue the relevant Quality Records and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.
- Participate with a joint committee from Project Management Office and consultant as Risk Engineer representing QA/QC department.

Main Contractor with SEC, extending medium and low voltage cables,
installing electrical stations, supervising disconnection programs
from Saudi Electricity Company, and applying the Five Star
Occupational Health & Safety System.
