Working as an IT Systems Administrator for SBG as a freelancer, by providing first class service and making sure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Making use of software/ hardware skills and experience gained over the years in different business as well as learning new ones.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining servers, networks and telephones to installing and upgrading new hardware/software or even managing resource budgets. In addition to diagnosing - and providing rapid solutions to - general worker support issues.
• Duties also include making sure that all systems are up to date,
• Made sure that new users have been added to the Active Directory and removed the ones that have left,
• Making sure that users within the business have access to the correct domains,
• Making sure that Peripherals (Printer/Scanners etc) are connected and working by testing them,
• Making sure that all data is backed up and stored safely on a weekly basis,
• Reporting to the correct person in charge,
• Making sure that users have access to MS Office 365 on laptops or Mobile devices and are working,
• Using Software such as MS Azure, Salesforce, Office 365, VPNs etc
• Updating data on spreadsheets such as Excel by from clients, using formulas such as Vlookup, Duplication Elimination, GO Check etc.

Worked as an English teacher in a private school in China, Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province by coming up with Topics that are fun and simple to learn such as Fruits, Animals, Days of the Week etc. Due to COVID19 all classes had to be taught online.
• Designed and taught 16week critical thinking and research courses for 50 students; created assignments and provided individualized feedback.
• I've worked with kids from 3 to 9 years-old and have gained experience with theatre and arts classes.
• Responsibly managed 4th grade as a class teacher

I work part time for yourchoice travel agency as an IT administrator where I do system checks. I also help out by taking calls and booking holidays for clients. Working for yourchoice is a good experience as I learn about geographical locations while using my IT skills to enable the client to enjoy a relaxing trouble free holiday.

I worked in ebinary limited as part of team who handled the network system, to make sure that system was up and running with error free and up to date software and everything was running effectively, I also handled customer service if required. The contract with ebinary expanded my experience, as I was working as a member of a team and taking the lead at team meeting and discussing what can do better in the business as a team.

Initially I worked part time in the family business to improve my inter personal and Communication skills. I enjoyed this retail experience and in summer 2004 I had Sole charge of the business for three months, this involved stock replenishment, Cash handling and banking, staff supervision and support and customer liaison.
