Major Responsibilities
•Departments working under are Sales, Technical, Finance/Accounts, Admin&HR
•To liaise with all above departments for the smooth continuity of operation’s and to get maximum productivity and to provide better sales & service solutions to our clients
•To Organize, Execute and monitor company policies and to work accordingly and responsible of new business development in Sri Lanka
•To Deal & Negotiation with vendors & suppliers (Huawei-Chaina, Digicontrol-India)
•Dealings with Service operators like (Lanka Bell-CDMA), (Suntel-CDMA), (Dialog-GSM) and (Sri Lanka Telecom- CDMA& Fixed line operator)
•To write, read and respond on business proposals
•Sales management, Team building and Trainings
•To deal with the BOI (Board of Investment) and TRC (Telecommunication Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka)
•To deal with advertising companies for Marketing & Merchandising campaigns
•To assist where necessary in legal matters

•Reported to the “Executive Director” in WorldCALL Telecommunication Group in Pakistan.

•Responsible of Sales targets, Sales planning and Projection Island wide
•Team management, building/Trainings and maintain the high spirits
•Commercial dealings with other service operators (Lanka Bell, Suntel, SLT-Sri Lanka Telecom) and to build strong business relationship with business partners
•To deal with advertising companies for the Marketing & Merchandising campaigns and to collaborate in launching events and new product campaigns
Major Responsibilities
•To facilitate Regional Sales Head in territory and to achieve retail & corporate sales targets and to built and maintain strong relations with corporate clients (CRM) and to assist in managing sales projections & forecast and in Team building trainings & maintaining the high spirit within the team and to assist in area planning & expansion and allocation according to the business plan.
•To deal with customers regarding product related problems and to liaise with technical department for the technical customer support and better service solutions and the goal is to Minimizing customer’s complaints
•To make (SWOT) analysis based on market competition.
•New market search and new outlet development.
•To assist in launching events and product campaigns for sale promotions
•During the tenure (under my supervision) the Lahore sales team achieved the highest sales targets.

•To assist and facilitate the sales manager in achieving above mentioned tasks for the sales development
