Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise the Installation, Commissioning, Start-up, routine, Preventive and Corrective maintenance and Operational activities of all equipment/systems, adhering to company’s SE&Q policy.
• Responsible to follow and assist HSE to prepare PTW/JSA, TBT and other supporting documents as per job requirement.
• Diagnoses cause of malfunction or failure of operational and takes corrective measures in collaboration with maintenance team
• To maintain and support the control systems and wellhead gas compressors & plant compressors
• To perform, monitor and control maintenance activities
• Provides assistance to engineering, technical and Operations in coordinating E & I and mechanical maintenance activities repair, installation and modifications
• Coordinate and support field E & I teams & mechanical team by dismantling associated equipment. Reinstalls when overhauls maintenance has been completed; includes both company and client work groups implementation of policies/procedures, inspections and audits
• Ensure inspections are carried out following the preventive maintenance program to assure the normal operation of the equipment
• Ensure that any failure or emergency that may interrupt the normal operations of the Control & Instrument or mechanical equipment is prevented or corrected
• Performs servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and restorative tasks on Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system
• Motivate and inspire staff in the execution of their responsibilities to drive a performance culture and encourage innovative thinking around process safety and asset integrity
• Ensure that all works and maintenance activities should be done under work permits and safe
• To co-ordinate with engineering, Stores and Procurement for stock inventory
• To acquire considerable knowledge of the process and the relevant mechanical, instrument and control throughout the plant and apply the same to trouble shoot problems and leads the maintenance team in resolving the issue
• Act as an Emergency Response Team Leader as per Gasco/MOL HSE procedure
• To attended technical, HSE trainings, sessions and tool box talks to achieve safe operation and maintenance procedures and report all unsafe acts, behaviors and conditions
• Ensure implementation of HSE procedures for accident free operation and maintenance, and safe working environment
• Develop plans and coordinate with administrative and technical concerning installation
• Prepare daily progress reports
• Prepare CM and PM reports
• Maintain statistical, financial records
• Prepare power flow performance reports as per client requirement
• Complete process operation with two phase separator systems and control variables
• Produce water plant treatment as per water treatment theory/practice with different chemical dosing
• Conduct water treatment analysis test to ensure safety and water quality by collecting representative water samples and testing for TOG and TSS analysis
