 Knowledge of various types of Transmitters (Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow) belongs to YOKOGAWA, HONEYWELL, ROSEMOUNT.
 Knowledge of the Installation of various types of Field Instruments.
 Familiar with construction steps:
1) Instrument Fabrication 2) mounting of transmitter 3) Installation of Primary Sensor-TE 4)Installation of tubing 5) Junction Box Installation 6) Secondary Conduit Installation 7) Primary Conduit Cable tray installation 8) Secondary and Primary Cable pulling 9) Cable dressing, Termination&sealant pouring. 10) Name plate and sunshade installation.
 Familiar with the QA/QC Procedures and RFI (Request for Inspection).
 Having knowledge on different types of Control Systems (DCS, PLC, ESD, VMS, TGS, and RIC).
 Able to understand the Piping and Instrumentation Diagram(P&ID), IDI(Instrument Design Index),
Hookup Diagrams, I/O List, Instrument Location Drawing, Instrument Datasheet, Specifications.
 Having knowledge on various types of I/O signals. As per the Signal base can be able to identify the field Instruments and viceversa.
 Having knowledge on DCS Architecture and its Components.
 Having knowledge on Cabling Concept.
 Familiar with ITC (Instrument/Installation Test Check Record).
 Having working knowledge of Hart 375.
 Familiar with Loop Check (Remote, Local), Continuity Test, Megger Test, Various Test equipment. And Loop Folder.
Test Equipment: 1.Hart 375, 2) Multimeter, 3) Multifunction Calibrator, 5) Loop Calibrator,
6) Pressure Calibrator, 7) Frequency Generator, 8) Dead weight Tester, 9) DC Power supply,
10) Continuity Tester.
 Knowledge of Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), Able to test and commissioning of Instrument Loops.
 Knowledge of Core Tags.
 Having knowledge on various safety considerations for Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, PowerPlants etc.

 Familiar with Work Permit (Day, Night, Working at height, Confined Space, Hot) procedures, Monthly color code system.
