Working as a OPERATOR while handling the following units
SULFUR RECOVERY with TGCU,
AMINE TREATING or Sour Gas Processing Unit,
Hydrocracker Unit,
Hydrotreating Unit,
PSA Unit
Sour Water Stripping unit.
I have participated in Commissioning and also Master Start-Up of these Units at Green Diesel Plant. Member of walk through checking with VENDOR & MAINTENANCE TEAM according to P&ID FOR MASTER startup Of GREEN DIESEL PROJECT OF TAKREER REFINERY, UAE.
Job Responsibilities :
*Implementation of Planned and Emergency Shutdown & Startup Procedures and Bar Charts safely.
*Following emergencies handled power failure, cooling water failure, steam failure,
*Master Startup / commissioning / pre commissioning participated.
*Implementation of Online Maintenance Job Procedures and executing routine jobs according to SOP’s and safety standards.
*Implementation of J.S.A (Job Safety Analysis).
*Implementation of S.O.Ps for Turnaround Activities of the unit.
*Working on different assignments assigned by unit in-charge.
*Co-operate and co-ordinate with seniors and juniors.
*Carrying regular detailed inspection of all rotating equipment used in plant.
*Accepting shift from off going operator with detailed log sheet of operational adjustments and changes during previous shift and handing over job and completed jobs on own log sheet in an orderly and efficient manner to incoming operator.
1- Pak Arab Refinery Pakistan (PARCO) March 2005 to july 2010
Worked as a DCS Operator on MILD HYDROCRACKER Unit.
Participated in TURN ARROUND, Start-ups, Shut-Downs, Major Equipment's over-hauling and Process Emergencies and all other Routine jobs of Plant Operator.
