Primary Objective
• Responsible for managing the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) business line to successfully achieve business objectives and success measurements.
• Provide Strategy and implementation plans including Staffing, technologies and alliances
Major Areas of Accountability
• Partners with senior management to define strategic direction and IT Solutions Business Unit specific objectives.
• Reporting sales pipeline/Forecast for Top management
• Develop and Maintain the ECM line BusinessPlan
• Work directly with Account Managers and presales Reps to sell products
• Developing proposals and Quotations for total ECM proposed solutions
• Develop Marketing & Sales Strategyfor educating the market about the ECM technology and ALKAN Offerings in specific
• Create Partners network for the Business Line.
• Provide Market Analysis and targeted industries and sectors.

Objectives and areas of accountability
• Develop the project plan and gain approvals of the plan.
• Conduct project Kickoff and statusmeetings.
• Prepares and maintains the project SOW (Scope of work)
• Monitoring and managing all third parties activities and tasks for projects.
• Issue status reports on the progress of the project versus the plan.
• Preparing Project Team list, Implementation plan and delivery plan
• Dividing and Estimating Project time, lifecycle and tasks.
