Senior Public Relation officer.
• Guide, coach, and manage the public Relation team (8 subordinates).
• Prepper, maintain, and supervise the implementation of the department annual plan.
• Prepper, review, follow-up the budget of PR section.
• Support the top management for implementing the company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the documentation on personnel & Administration department is in accordance with local laws and regulation.
• Monitor all PR section key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets as well as identify all area for improvement.
• Coordinate with the Personnel Administrators on daily basis.
• Liaise between the firm and government bodies to ensure approvals and follow up on all formal documents.
• Ensure that all visa applications such as; Visit, Employment, Residence, Termination, work permits and labour cards are presented and completed on time in order to comply with governmental laws and regulations.
• Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
• Maintain all labour contracts, Emirates ID, passport with visa copies and photos on the HR network and employee files.
• Ensure all License applications and official approvals and permits are followed up properly to avoid unnecessary violations.
• Coordinate with government authorities to Ensure compliance to labour requirements.
• Process documents such as trade License, attestation of rent contract and the like in government offices such as Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court and Traffic Department.

• Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
• Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, and waste disposal and recycling.
• Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
• Keeping staff safe;
• Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
• Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
Leaves
• Control and monitor the leave applications including leaves of absent and vacations of the employees and to facilitate the employees by providing all the required support on time.
• Process the annual leave application within 7 days of receipt of the same and emergency leave application within an hour of the application receipt.
• Ensure leave salary prepared and paid at least before 15 days of employee’s departure.
• Follow up the rejoining & overstay to report management.
