To design and plan all the heavy equipment’s to be lifted at project using AutoCAD
Design and test lifting arrangements for specific loads including lifting beams.
To select appropriate crane and rigging gear according to lifting load using load chart
To execute the heavy lifts according to rigging study and within the design limits
Preparation of crane location, its placement and third party certification of crane and related equipment
To supervise the team of riggers, lead man and foreman so as to make sure everything is done according to plan and within time limits
To plan all the heavy lifting to be done at the project in coordination with erection team for completion of project within time frame
Preparation of method statement for all the heavy lifts that will be carried out to guide execution team about all the steps involved during lifting
To supervise the breakdown of any crane and make sure the repair work is done in a swift manner and in best possible way
To check that routine maintenance of cranes is done by operator properly and on time

To inspect dry and wet testing of barrage gates done by Chinese contractor.
To inspect installation of barrage gates and there mechanical components and assemblies.
To inspect maintenance of gate hoisting system of barrage gates including gear system, brake system and oil pump.
To inspect adhesion testing on paint of barrage gates.
During testing and installation make sure everything is within design parameters and tolerance limits.
Make monthly reports on work done indicating any delays by contractor or work not done according to original planning

Investigate the mechanical and electrical faults in broken down machines, prepare its job card and assign the mechanics or eltricians to repair them.

Maintain record of workshop repair activity, arrange the parts required for repair and make sure everything is done on time.

Investigate the major repairs and coordinate with HSE team to make sure everything is done in a safe manner.

Regularly check that routine and scheduled maintenance of machines is done on time and in a satisfied way

Worked in the workshop where the maintenance and repair work was done on the machines

Worked on wheel loaders, excavators, dumpers and some trucks as well

Worked on Volvo engines and there fuel system

Worked with technicians, mechanics and electricians and understood how they work and gained useful knowledge

Worked in different sections of factory where JF 17 Thunder fighter jets were manufactured

Gained useful knowledge of how hot water tube and fire tube boilers work

Learned Reverse Osmosis water purification technique and the cooling house
