Identify, establish and maintain core financial controls, in particular the recognition of margin and commercial income & expenses. Establish and deliver core performance reporting and management information that meets the weekly, periodic, quarterly and annual needs of the categories and finance teams. Set budget principles, manage and deliver plans that are consistent with core financial processes and corporate strategy. Deliver accurate forecasting of performance as required. Review and understand trends in performance and ensure key milestones are achieved to deliver objectives. Provide ‘ad-hoc’ analysis as required delivering greater understanding of the financial performance of the Categories and new initiatives. Understand the impact of Debtor and Creditors on cash flow and work with the category to ensure working capital is optimized.
Joined AECOM Arabia on 14th April 2012 for the Jeddah Storm water & Drainage Program (JSDP). The Jeddah Governorate is located on the Red Sea coastal plain and receives rainfall runoff from the foothills to the east through natural drainage pathways known as wadis. During intense rainfall events, runoff causes flooding in the urban areas of the coastal plain. The contractor will establish five (5) dams and their sub channels to improve the flood protection systems for the city of Jeddah. AECOM has been contracted by JSDP- client as consultant of the project.
Currently I am located in JAZAN ECONOMIC CITY PORT & INFRASTRUCTURE (JECPI) as Senior Project Accountant with ARAMCO Oil Refinery in Jezan City.

Strategic Responsibilities:

Monitor and Control project to ensure project cost is within budget and project cash flow Identify deviation of Costs between the budget and the actual. Reduce excessive project cost (wastage) to emphasize profit opportunities.
Prepare cost estimates as required weekly monthly cost reports submit to the management and reviewing the weekly summary and monthly invoice to the client.

A experience in variations & claims, contractual procedures, procurement procedures, Cost control procedures and
reporting, forecast cost to complete, cash flow, Pricing & biding, preparing Company Bill & SC- Bill, negotiating with
subcontractors, monitoring the Subcontractors¡¦ payments and reconciling material.

A strong negotiation and analytical skills with ability to network with Project Members, Consultants, Sub-Contractors with consummate ease in International Environment.
