Assist QA/QC Manager in establishing an overall Company Quality Management Plan based on Company
QHSE Management standards and Project requirements.
• Report the performance status of Project Quality activities and relevant issues to the QA Manager
• Assist in Project Audit Program and prepare the required documents for the closing of Audit Findings
• Responsible for implementation of Project Quality Plan and applicable Aramco standards on
project
• Maintain and update RFI Log Sheet, Internal and Aramco NCR Log sheet, QMIS Log Book Entries
• Taking Weekly Personal Progress report from all Electrical, Instrument & Telecom Inspectors
• Ensure the project quality personnel are suitably trained in accordance with project requirements and
plan their deployment accordingly
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
• Monitoring progress of QC Inspectors (Electrical, Telecom and Instrumentation) on Project.
• Attend Weekly meeting with SAMPT and SAPID, and update about Quality Progress and Quality Actions.
• Follow up closing of PMCC Items in MPCS and report SAPMT & SAPID for closure.
• Assist QA Manager in preparation of Monthly Quality Management Report, Two Weeks Look
ahead and Monthly Quality Report
Implementation of Project Quality Plan, Project Specification and all Quality Requirements
• Quality Assurance activities for Installation / Testing of Switchgear, Transformers, Battery Banks, MV and
LV Cables and Utilities
• Monitoring of QC Inspectors to ensure performance and compliance of Quality
• Requirements
• Review of Sub-Contractor submitted Quality Documents ITP, Check Lists and give comments
• Maintain and update RFI Log Sheet, Quality Observation and NCR
• Collecting Weekly Personal Progress report from all Electrical and Instrument
• Inspectors
• Attending Weekly Quality meetings with Client, Construction and Sub Contactor and discus Quality
Action Items
• Monitoring of Material receiving Inspection, review of Material receiving documents, FAT Reports,
Vendor Drawings.

• Taking Weekly progress report from all Electrical and Instrument Inspectors
• Prepare Lessons Learned and QA/QC close-out reports for Project.
• Attend QA/QC Meetings with Client, and Weekly Progress Meetings
• Assist QC Manager in preparing Monthly Quality Management Report.
Project : Early Infrastructure Works ( 211-C01 ) Ras Al Khair Industrial City-
Client : Royal Commission for Jubail

• Responsible for supervising overall activities of Electrical Cabling, Cable Tray, Utilities installation
etc.
• Attending Quality and Safety Meeting with Client Royal Commission, Consultant, Project Management
and Construction Team.
• Conducting Internal QMS Audit, Preparation of Audit Reports, follow up of NCR raised till Corrective
action and closure.
• Taking Weekly progress report from all Electrical and Instrument Inspectors
• Attend QA/QC Meetings with Client, and Weekly Progress Meetings
Project : JGC Corporation Project - Manifa- (Construction of Residential
Camp, Offices, Facilities, Power Supply and Maintenance services)
Monitoring progress of QC Inspectors on Project.

Project : DiyafahShopping Mall - Makkah (Construction of Shopping Mall Covered
Area of 62000 sqm, with Electro-Mechanical & HVAC Works)
Responsible for Implementation Quality Plan and ITP as per Client Requirement
• Inspection of Electrical Cables, assemblies, and accessories prior to installation for conformance to
specifications and quality standards
• Witness all Electrical Tests
• Inspection of Cable Installation, Cable Tray, conduit, Transformer, Power Panels, Circuit Breakers, Fire
Alarm Systems, Grounding Systems
• Ensure that project has latest approved IFC (Issued for Construction) Drawings, Method
statement, Quality Control Procedures and Check lists.
• Raising RFI to client & assuring activities satisfy Client requirement
• Monitor site activities for compliance with International Standards and Client Requirement.
