- Plan and execute the commissioning of 6 Siemens gas turbines SGT6-5000F (5ee) & 3 Siemens steam turbines SST6-5000 controls T-3000 and auxiliary systems following proper Siemens procedures and standards.
- Plan and execute the commissioning of 9 Siemens air cooled generators following proper Siemens procedures and standards.
- Support the start-up of gas turbines and steam turbines.
- Support performance testing and operations.
- Testing of GSUT, UAT, SST & LV transformers, testing of GCB (Alstom), IPB, switchgear & motor control center.
- Testing &Commissioning of UPS & DC systems.
- Performing testing of HSBT, ACO, stability & synchronization.
- Start-up of electrical systems, transformer soaking test, motor solo run & heat run test.
- Supervision of loop checks & functional checks.
- Procedure writing & preparation of method statement & risk assessment for PTW.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of major segments of projects to meet cost and time objectives.
- Ensure the proper documentation for commissioning and start up is turned over to the customer.

• Controlled and supervised generators and auxiliary equipment in power generating plants.
• Performed advanced engineering and technical tasks in support of power plant operations.
• Supported plant design modifications, testing and problem solving.
• Reviewed plant electrical related operational and equipment problems that result in poor performance, reduced availability, loss of efficiency, and implemented solutions to the problem areas.
