• Support in strategic planning, development and implementation based on company’s competitive and success elements.

• Monitor healthy stock turns in all business units to maximize sales. Develop ongoing liquidation plans for excess and dormant stocks for maximizing business value from product.
• Research and analyze consumer data to develop marketing strategies including consumer needs, market size, market share, target market segment, ARPU, profitability and competitive landscape.
• Responsible for increasing sales and gross margin on handsets and devices through category product planning and execution of strategic product marketing plans.
• Controlling category budgets (Sales, Profitability and Stocks).
