Proposal & Business Development - EPC
Turned around the EPC business for Descon Engineering in Abu Dhabi by winning major EPC projects worth more than 250 mil USD
Leading the proposal estimation and business development efforts for EPC team with ultimate objective of winning the projects in competitve bidding environment.
Responsible for business generations targets by devising winning proposal strategies i.e. by getting accurate maket information and by cost optimization.
Responsible for preparation of technical proposal, basis of pricing and contract negotiations with the client.

Responsible for sales force management and achieving yearly sales targets for 6 brands of fertilizers in the South Region
Responsible for coordination of on-field engineering changes betweeen the owner (Tengizchevroil) and EPC contractor (PFD)
Lead a team of 8 control systems engineers and technicians to supervise, monitor and witness all control system pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Systems included, Electrical control system, ESD, F&G and Well head control systems, RTUs and SCADA

Lead designer / system architect for ESD and F&G control applications for projects in Kazakhstan, West Africa and the US.
Commissioning engineer for ESD (Triconex) system for Berri Gas Plant (Aramco) in Saudi Arabia
HMI designer for process control application using industry standard systems like Wonderware and WinCC.
Design Engineer for several control systems projects using Allen-Bradley Control-logix, Siemens S7 and Yokogawa CS 3000 systems
Maintenance In-charge, Electrical & Instrumentation
E & I maintenance and upkeep of 44 KPTA polymer and 14 MW engine based power plant
