Total responsible for operation and maintenance of Etisalat (2G/3G/LTE) in Nigeria.
The responsibility comprises of P/L-Financial, contract management and operations
(NOC network Operation Center, NPM network optimization & performance, and FM field Operation Nigeria nationwide).
The project is an outsourcing MS with total Core Huawei equipments and 60% Huawei Eqm RAN.
Huawei MS is also managing the ALU and NERA Back Bone equipments.
I manage a total of approx. 300 resources with 12.5 Million VLR network subscribers nationwide.

More than 30 years working experience in Telecommunication within international companies,
More than 10 years with solid technical background, 5 years with Telecom infrastructure and more than 15 years with management.
Long experience in Telecom equipments rollout (Core network, RAN and Transmission),
Long experience in Telecoms Operations (Customer Support, Operation and Maintenance),
Long experience in Project / Program Management as Customer Project Manager (CPM) and Program Director,
Technical alignment, infrastructure and system management in a larger perspective,
Professional Expertise with wide knowledge on Telecommunication.
Multinational experience with broad knowledge in working with people,
Able to work well under pressure with multiple tasks,
Have a lot of personal initiatives and also able to work well unsupervised and under pressure,
