Responsible to deliver the product/event experience for our customers,
negotiating deals and maintaining their satisfaction.
Handling event enquiries; including, but not limited to negotiating its rates,
upselling, identify the client’s requirements and expectations, oversee the
proposal and contract, liaise with all department related to ensure all elements
and requirements are aligned, and manage all event set-up, tear down and
follow-up processes.
Gather the feedback from previously hosted events to maintain the relationship
Operations management
as well as for potential repeat business.
Generate and track all opportunities on CRM.
