Handling and leading payroll processing on functions involving computation of salaries, time and
attendance, leave, overtime, fixed & variable entitlements; developing and maintaining documentation,
pay-slips & controls for all payroll related activities and attaining approvals on consolidated salary advice.
Effective Oct 2016 moved to Compensation benefits and rewards team. Worked on salary survey to define
a fair and competitive salary for the employees of a IFFCO UAE and IFFCO Global.
Payroll Management - responsible for managing payroll for various regions in EMEA, such as Austria,
UAE, Sweden, Germany, Holland, Spain, South Africa, Switzerland and Czech Republic.
Training officers of Retail Payroll on End to End computation of Payroll payments, as a part of a process
involving payments of more than 2, 00, 000 Employees
Source employees, Conduct interviews and select applicants for HR & payroll process.
