• Implementation of Project Quality Plan, QC Procedure, Work Instructions etc.
• Preparation/review of Procedure, Guidelines, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for all activities.

• Ensure that the Equipment, parts, units etc are built in accordance with contract document, code, specifications and method statements.

• Attend project meetings with subcontractors for coordination and progress evaluation.
• Review reports on soil composition, arrange FDT and Plate Load with Third party along with the Quality Inspector prior to construction activities

My Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• To conduct quality checks at site and ensure that the work fully comply with the approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify that only the latest approve and approved versions of drawings, Method statements, and ITP’s are used at site.
• Assist in developing and reviewing installation inspection checklist and inspection & test plans.
• Raise and coordinate the closure of NCR’s in a timely manner.
• Ensure that approve method statements and work instructions are fully followed at site.
• Assist in controlling the work of subcontractors to ensure compliance to project specifications.
• Conduct material approval inspections as required with the consumer representatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis to support resolution of problems face at site.
• Work with the QDVC team, as well as other subcontractors on the project, to ensure effective coordination of activities at site.
• Produce and submit daily progress reports, and highlight any risks as appropriate.
• Liaise with the general quality assurance manager on all tunnel activities.
• Support site audit as assigned.
• Verify that all materials and equipment’s being delivered to site for use have right documentation to ensure conformity to requirements.

My Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist in reviewing project specifications, drawings and Quality Control plans and procedures.
• Ensure, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures.
• Conducting basic quality training to all project staff at a level of detail appropriate staff grade and specific job function.
• Preparation of the Inspection Test Plan for the scope of work and have it approved by the client.
• Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation, collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Concrete works- pre-pour inspections of formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement.

● Prepare all submittals to be submitted for Engineer’s approvals.
● Identifies other areas which require further improvements, raises NCRs as necessary to highlight deficiencies.
● Conduct inspection on materials receive at site, and ensure material to be used shall conform to contract plan and specification.
● Prepare and issue notification for inspection and sign off work inspection record once checking and verification has been completed.
● Ensure that quality control requirement are fully and properly implemented on site.

My Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Reports to the QA/QC Manager.

• Ensures that production processes at the factory conform to the requirement of the client.
• Checking the batch reports to confirm the quantity of the concrete ingredient as per mix design.

• Witnessing various laboratory tests for the raw materials and filing the reports.

• Prepare, maintain, review and update of Project Quality Plan (ITP, Method Statement).

• Arrange and ensures that all tests and inspection equipment, batching plants and other equipment are properly calibrated results and certificate are properly recorded.
• Carry-out regular random mould and segment dimension checking to ensure dimension is always within tolerance.
• Responsible for the supervision of steam curing, epoxy coating, slump test, strength test, to ensure conformance with required quality. And reporting of noted variation to authorities concerned.
• Assist and coordinate with senior engineer for management of the project.

Position: Civil Inspector

My Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• I ensure compliance with the drawings and specification of the works and to ensures works are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
• I ensure all QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations are well documented.
• I coordinated with the Materials Inspectors and other disciplines to arrange sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality testing of suspect materials.
• I coordinated with the Surveyors to check the location and elevation of works for conformance with the plans and specifications.
• I ensured alignment setting out with level survey checks. Soil sampling and testing checks in formation, general fill, sub base and road base materials.
• Concrete mix design checks, including aggregate and cement sampling and testing.
• I ensure asphalt mix design, including aggregate and PMB sampling and testing.
• Inspecting and monitoring contractor civil procedures, performance activities and ensuring compliance with all contract documentation and drawings.

Position: (Civil) Site Engineer
My Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sub-contractor for smooth flow of work.
• Performs including all field test, shop test, and factory inspection.
• Assist in preparation of BBS for the structural elements.
• Give support to prepare weekly/ monthly progress reports.
• Ensures that all works meets with stipulated quality standard.
• General supervision of all civil works & Infra-structure construction.
• Ensuring the supervision personnel are instructed at all stages on task requirements.
• Make assurance to comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Plan, hold and record regular meetings on site with the site personnel: such as Coordination meeting and Planning meetings.
• Responsible for the efficient implementation of quality assurance / quality system and procedures.
• Check and assure the quality of personnel assigned to perform specific duties to produce good quality.
• Ensure and plan the estimated time and resources for achieving the target and arranging equipment’s and materials.
