1. Take charge of all import purchase order generation and execution (Studying zero stock for raw material, request prices from different suppliers & prepare purchasing order according to price analysis and quality)
2. Follow up orders with the suppliers
3. Pricing, booking & follow up shipment with shipping agencies
4. Collect & audit shipping documents from different departments and forward it to customer and logistic officer for clearance
5. Follow up financial issues including preparing LC documents
6. Arrange to ship any samples or documents by couriers
7. Meet customers, suppliers
8. Connect between departments
9. Prepare and studying agreements
1. Receive purchasing inquiry from storage dept. .
2. Quotation reqest from company supplier, and research a new supplier when needed
3.Negotiations the price, payment term and shipment &delivery date
4.Booking the price with what we want quality and signed the P.O from two side
5.Fill LC request to the bank OR do any commerical steps later
6.Make a purchase orders report monthly and follow them until arrive and solve any problem maybe faced
7.Make monthly report for accountant department to know what will be paid
