Main Duties:
• Organize and manage the sales team to achieve the required sales targets.
• Make complex decisions regarding pricing projects by balancing customers’ expectations, suppliers and partners’ costs, and company profit margin restrictions.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales, services, and accounting.
• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as develop new lucrative ones.
• Mentor, motivate and coach the marketing and sales teams to ensure they address the needs and requirements of the oil sector during different time periods.

• Maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Manage oil sector client relationships and ensure it is continuous improving for the best interest of all parties.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and seminars; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
• Determine staffing requirements, and participate in hiring and training new staff.
• Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy.
• Participate in the Company strategic planning and in cascading the objectives to the departments and divisions.
• Monitor staff and departmental performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency relevant to the Oil Sector
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk and issue management to ensure that risks are mitigated and issues are resolved
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful achievement of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
