- Team leader for several projects:
1- Promoting Vulnerable Women's Economic and Social Empowerment (Shobak & Wadi Musa) with ARCS Organization.
2- Integrated actions for the access to the labor market of female and male Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians (Tafileh and Aqaba) with AIDOS organization.
3- Improved access to sustainable livelihood opportunities for vulnerable youth and women refugees and host population members residing (Irbed) with Oxfam
4- Jordan Valley Linkages Project with MEDA organization.
5- Promote Job opportunities amongst Syrian refugees by assisting in starting viable and sustainable new micro enterprises for vulnerable women (Al-Zaraq Camp project) with UNHCR.

- Preparation of projects action plans.
- Selection of beneficiaries by conducting a socio-economic assessment
- Identification of beneficiaries’ training needs
- Coordination of all training courses and preparation of training materials and stationery.
- Training on several topics, including business management skills (startup your business and improve your business), human resources, strategic planning, proposals writing, procurement, marketing, Monitoring and evaluation, revolving loan fund management and food processing and hygiene
- One-to-one mentoring on topics related to business development.
- Preparation of training reports and evaluation
- Preparation the business plan with beneficiaries and identification of businesses needs and grant amounts.
- Managing and organizing grants and loans.
- Guide beneficiaries in the process of purchasing their business equipment and material until their business is operating.
- Preparation of donors’ reports.
