* Prepare and maintain records of all sub-contractors agreement and payments.
* Prepare the client's payment invoice monthly .

Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing all Quantity Surveying related issues .
* Review and negotiation of the New Rates / Variation Estimates submitted by the Subcontractors.
* Resolve all Contractual and Commercial issues related to projects in accordance with other departments.
* Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Lead in the preparation of variation orders.
* Preparing quantity takeoff of structural, architectural, and external work quantities.
* Prepare the client's payment invoice monthly .
* Perform cost price analysis and benchmarking on subcontractors and competitors.
Hurghada Hilton Plaza (New-Extension Building Finishing & Old Building Repairing and Finishing, Hardscape, Retaining Walls)
Responsibilities:
* Preparing quantity takeoff of structural, architectural, and external work quantities.
* Evaluating sub-contractors' claims and preparation of certificates of payments.
* Assist Senior of QS in all his responsibilities.
* Reporting on all commercial aspects at regular intervals.
* Prepare Bill of Quantities for all new contracts.
* Prepare the client's payment invoice monthly .
* Preparing RFI and follow-up.
Construction and finishing works for 250 Houses and 30 Building (Hurghada, Redsea)
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
* Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
* Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
Youth Housing Project (Safaga, Redsea)
Construction and finishing works for 63 Buildings
Responsibilities:
*Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
*Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
