Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
● PrepareQuantity surveying for each item and material of the project before starting projectsto ensure there are
no Excessive quantities.
● Supervise and Coordinate the Shop Drawing Process
● Perform routine visitsto site to monitor the following items minimum once a week
● Prepare procurement execution plans and oversee the full array of materials management and procurement
functions of purchasing, expediting, shipping, receipt and inspections, and logistics
• Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria,
preparing presentations, risk, informations to top management to get approval for bidding.
• prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are
adequately adhered to.
• Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
• Reviews and finalizes project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities
(BOQ), amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements during the tendering phase.
• Provides all the necessary project clarifications/ information upon project award to the Project Manager as per
the project budget; advises the Project Manager on contractual rights, remedies which has been taken into
consideration during tendering.
• Generates weekly tenderstatus reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders.
• Prepares and generates monthly progress reports highlighting tender wins/ losses (indicating reasons) for
review and verification of management. Carry out quality assurance tests to discover errors and optimize
usability.
