As a relationship manager in Priority Banking I am responsible in managing high net worth individuals in accounts, savings and fixed deposits. My main duty is to make sure all of my customer service requests and financial needs are met, while maintaining and growing the portfolio. This is achieved by working together with my Customer Service Respresentative and Wealth Advisor support.
Other duties:
• Work on new acquisition by opening, and growing new to bank accounts
• Maintaining high levels of priority banking standards in providing great customer experience
• Cross selling all products available to Priority Banking customers
• Providing investment advice and market recommendations to clients
• Securing deals in investments with treasury from new and existing clients
• Meetings clients and maintaining relations while representing the bank
As a private broker I have to apply financial acumen and economic knowledge to help a high net-worth client reach short-term investment goals or long-term retirement objectives aswell as life protection and similary for corporates who may be seeking a financial solution.

As a broker I typically keep a keen eye on the markets on a daily basis in relation to projects, alternative investments trends and demand. My main focus is on tangible assets producing commodities. i.e. Agriculture, Property, Gold, Diamonds, Palm Oil

As a Personal Banking Advisor and Account Manager I was fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of cashiering, vault management, discussing and accepting credit applications, and providing leadership, training and support to less experienced branch staff members. Additionally I was highly responsible for performing compliance duties and support related to the branch operational activities.
