 Supervising the implementation of the recruitment plans and ensuring their compliance with the Company’s rules and policies.
 Developing the recruitment unit work plan; assigning work activities, and monitoring work flow within the unit to serve the Company’s goals and plans
 Proposing plans and programs that improve the effectiveness of the recruitment unit
 Identifying the initial selection specifications for each vacant position in terms of primary and secondary specifications
 Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities
 Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Training unit activities and achievements to be submitted to HRM
Highlights of the Achievements:
 100% in-house Sourcing for all of AF Vacancies including managerial and technical.
 Decreasing the costs of agencies’ candidates processing fees by 45%.
 Coordinating two successful recruitment campaigns to Philippine and India.
 Two mega recruitment for Contracting division and Real Estate Division - around 200 vacancies.
 Improve the quality of the recruitment by improving the process and regular meetings with Business Units.
