Supervising the implementation of the recruitment plans and ensuring their compliance with the Company’s rules and policies.

Preparing memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to concerned personnel, and monitors compliance.
Managing COO calendar and scheduling his appointments and meetings after coordinating directly with him.
Maintaining all COO correspondence filing and concentrating and following-up on pending issues.
Arranging programs, events or conferences by coordinating for facilities, and issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies the COO whenever requested.

Enroll staff to update their mandatory training and other trainings as required.
Insure that supervisors completed competencies for the new staff. Assist supervisors to complete staff evaluations.
Taking the minutes at the Supervisors', Staff and Rehab Meetings and finalizing the minutes for approval.
