Duties:
o Meeting Clients to discuss and state business requirements through meetings, explain system facilities and services through presentations, evaluate business software and hardware needs.
o Planning for client projects and ERP projects considering company recourses needed, employees working, timeline planning, project risks planning, projects costing, project delivery and warranty, client training .
o Preparing system Documentation for clients
o Preparing software and hardware quotations for clients, considering calculations of profit, commissions and discount percentage allowed
o Preparing Agreements and contracts for clients
o Preparing User manuals, soft and hard copies
o Design and create flowcharts, use-cases and state diagrams for HR, Restaurant and different ERP business modules by applying a deeply knowledge about work flows in the following: Inventory, Purchase - Purchase Return, Sales - Sales Return - POS, Transfer and delivery, Maintenance and warranty, Account and HR.
o Database Administration and management through designing and implementing database structure and diagrams for ERP systems, and being responsible of data consistency and compatibility between all ERP modules.
o Writing Queries and Database procedures, and dealing with MYSQL server, managing programmer’s access and applications to ensure work centralization and organization.
o Design and create workflows for system processes and processes relations for programming.
o Design system user interfaces and forms, design and create flowcharts for user forms work cycle to organize a unified programming workflow and methods.
o Program and Develop ERP systems in VB.NET and JAVA using JDeveloper
